Where to Dine with The Easter Bunny {2018}

Bunnies need to eat, too! This year you can share a carrot with the most famous bunny out there! We have a list of some of the best places to dine with the bunny this year.  Be sure to call ahead, as most of these events require registration or a reservation.

Where to Dine with the Bunny in Lake County

 

10  March, 9:00 – 11:00 am. Easter Bunny Breakfast
Lakes Community High School, Lake Villa
Ages 2 and under are free, 10 years and younger are $5.00, 11 years old and up are $6.00
The Easter Bunny Breakfast is a Freshman Class Student Council fundraiser at Lakes Community High School in Lake Villa. Included with the ticket price is an all you can eat pancake and sausage breakfast with donations from Emily’s Pancake House, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, and more! For the kids there are so many fun activities for kids to participate in. There are 3 different indoor Easter egg hunts for ages 3 and under, ages 4-6, and ages 7 and up. There is also a bounce house for students to jump in, face painting, carnival games, and pictures with the Easter Bunny! There are free games and games that cost $1.00. Pictures with the Easter Bunny are $3.00 for your own picture on your phone and $4.00 if we print the picture for you at the event.

17 March, 9:00 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. – Breakfast with the Bunny
Barrington Park District Pavillion, Barrington
$9 (resident)/$11 (non-resident)
Easter breakfast with Bunny is an annual Park District tradition that you and your child won’t want to miss. A delicious, catered breakfast is served. Immediately after the breakfast, we’ll have our annual Egg Hunt. Children registered for Breakfast with the Bunny are automatically registered for the Egg Hunt. Registration is sold per seat. (All children age one year and older and all adults must be registered).

Lake Zurich Retired Fire Fighters Association Hall, 77 S. Old Rand Road, Lake Zurich

It’s going to be an egg-stravaganza this year at Breakfast with the Bunny. Before the annual egg hunt, hop on over to the Bunny Hutch (Lake Zurich Retired Fire Fighters Association Hall) for a scrumptious meal (buffet, while supplies last) and a visit from the bunny himself! There will also be photo opportunities with the bunny, so bring your camera.

24 March, 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. – Breakfast with the BunnyPaulus Park Barn, 200 S. Rand Road, Lake Zurich
Cost: adults, $7.00; children, $5.00.
It’s going to be an Egg-stravaganza this year with our returning Breakfast with the Bunny event. Hop on over to the Bunny Hutch (Paulus Park Barn) for a scrumptious meal (buffet while supplies last) and a visit by the bunny himself!

24 March, 9:30 a.m. – Breakfast with the Bunny
The Lodge at the Shores, 64 Old Barn Road, Lake Barrington
Registration Required
$15 Adults, $13 children, children ages two and younger are FREE
Kids will receive a goody bag, enjoy breakfast, get their picture taken with the bunny, and go on an awesome egg hunt. 

24 March, 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. – Lunch with the BunnyAdler Lodge, 1500 N. Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville
Registration Required
$10 per person (all attendees must pay).
Hop on down the Bunny Trail to have lunch with the Easter Bunny. Enjoy the Easter egg hunt in beautiful Adler Park after visiting with the Easter Bunny. Bring your camera to capture this event.

24 March , 10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Bunny Luncheon
71 Nippersink Blvd., Fox Lake
Cost: $5.00 per child; adults and children age two and under attend for FREE.
Enjoy kids’ crafts and a special treat from the Easter Bunny!

Magnolia Cafe & Bakery at Lambs Farm, 14245 W. Rockland Rd., Libertyville
Reservations Required
$16.95 for participants age two and older, $7.95 for children ages 23 months and younger.
Enjoy a delicious buffet at the Magnolia Cafe & Bakery then take a walk over to the Bunny Patch. At the Bunny Patch, kids can enjoy spring crafts, activities and a take a photo with the Easter bunny. Hop on over to Brookfield Zoo for the annual Breakfast with the Bunny. An all-you-can-eat buffet, held in the zoo’s Discovery Center, will feature a special appearance from costumed characters Mr. and Mrs. Bunny, who will be available for photo opportunities. In addition, there will be live musical entertainment. Seatings are offered at 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Pricing includes zoo admission and parking. Seatings are limited and reservations are required.

Bring the family to Brookfield Zoo for a delectable all-you-can-eat Easter brunch, which is sure to satisfy even the largest of appetites. The buffet menu features a wide variety of items, including omelets, carving stations with accompaniments, seafood, a sweets table, and much more. Joining in the festivities will be costumed characters Mr. and Mrs. Bunny, who will be on hand for photo opportunities, as well as live musical entertainment.
