It’s always smart to keep a good thing going! KeyLime Cove is an absolute blast for kids and parents alike; luckily for us, United Way of Lake County and KeyLime Cove have partnered for the 8th year running to offer their Community Days passes to families looking for an easy and inexpensive way to take a mini-vacation!
From April 24 – June 10, 2016, enjoy the unique opportunity to purchase day passes for the state-of-the-art Lost Paradise Indoor Waterpark at KeyLime Cove without an overnight stay! This is the only time of the year that day passes to the 65,000-square-foot waterpark are available for purchase without a required hotel stay. For $30 per person, per day (children under 2 are free) you can spend hours swimming and playing at the waterpark. Lost Paradise is open from 10:00am – 9:00pm daily, and the passes are good on weekdays and weekends during the Community Days period, with the exception of Memorial Day weekend (May 27 – 30, 2016.)
KeyLime Cove is an island-inspired family vacation venue which has become a top destination of choice in the Chicagoland area, most recently earning a spot in the top 10 indoor waterparks in the country by USA TODAY’s “10Best Readers’ Choice” awards. The state-of-the-art ozone purification technology at the resort produces some of the purest swimmable water on Earth, which has also earned the resort a “Best of Aquatics” award by Aquatics International.
If you haven’t yet had a chance to visit KeyLime Cove, this is the perfect opportunity for you to check it out! Gather a group of friends or plan a special family day to take advantage of this deal. Located in Gurnee, you will forget you are in Illinois the minute you walk into the tropical 84-degree waterpark. And bonus – no packing is necessary, and you don’t even have to bother lathering everyone up with sunscreen! A mini-getaway truly can’t get any easier than this.
All proceeds will benefit United Way of Lake County and the Gurnee Police and Fire Departments, so you can even feel good about all of the fun you are having! Since 2009, over $432,000 in proceeds have been distributed through this promotion to United Way of Lake County and other nonprofit partners.
Five thousand one-day tickets are available for purchase, so hurry up and buy them soon so you don’t miss out! (Your kids will never forgive you if you do…)
