Good Times Summer Day Camp

Join the fun at Good Times Day Camp this summer. Since 1979, Good Times has been providing a fantastic experience for campers in a safe, fun-filled atmosphere where children create memories and build skills that last a lifetime. Good Times offers flexible programs June 11 to August 17 for kids ages 4-13. Choose daily, weekly, or the entire summer — pick the exact schedule you need and they supply the Good Times!

The amazing staff keep the campers safe at all times while remaining enthusiastic and displaying the highest level of responsibility, and staff is all first aid and CPR certified. Good Times offers many convenient drop off and shuttle locations in Libertyville, Grayslake, Vernon Hills, Lake Zurich, and Wheeling. More than just a dance education, Dance Academy of Libertyville is a place to learn, grow, make friends and have fun! This summer they have a variety of camps for all ages. For ages 3-6 (entering 1st Grade) 4 and 5 day camps:

  • June 18-21, Snow White
  • June 25-28, 12 Dancing Princesses
  • July 9-12, Shimmer & Shine and Magical Unicorns
  • July 16-20, Wizard of Oz
  • July 23-27, Mary Poppins
  • July 30-August 3, The Princess and the Pea Musical Theatre Camp.

Grade school and middle school children will enjoy So We Think You Can Dance, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., June 25-29. Focusing on all different styles of dance, in this camp participants will take classes in Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical and Acro; make crafts, play games, have a photo shoot, and put together an exciting performance with costumes.

Children in second grade through entering the sixth grade can try DANCETHLETE Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., July 30-August 3. We know dancers are great athletes and this camp will help bring that out even more! A fun way to explore different dance disciplines and ways to cross train as a dancer. During this week dancers will have classes in Yoga, Contemporary, Floorwork, Acro, a field trip to Ultimate Ninja, Hip Hop, Jazz and more!

Do you want your child to be outside, active, learning new skills and making new friends this summer? Whether your child is attending camp for the first time or is a returning camper, the Grayslake Park District offers campers a fun, rewarding and memorable summer!

From Little Busy Bees Camp (for 3-4 year olds) to Outdoor Adventure Camp (for 2nd-6th graders), we have camps for all ages and interests! Familiar favorites like Day Camp and Sports Camp are back, along with specialty camps like Junior Golf Camp and Beach Volleyball Camp.

To give parents more flexibility, you can choose from half or full-day camps and most camps have three day of the week options (Monday-Friday, Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday).

Inspired by the hit television show American Ninja Warrior on NBC, Ultimate Ninjas offers a wide variety of obstacle courses for kids of every age and skill level. We have agility obstacles, swinging ropes, monkey bars, quintuple steps, climbing and warped walls among other exciting obstacles for kids to try, practice and master. You will also find a large gym area for basketball, dodgeball, and other activities. Your child is sure to have fun while boosting self–confidence!
